As a valued client of Citycover Insurance Brokers, we wanted to share with you some information relating to the current developments surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic.

Citycover is business as usual, so you shouldn’t notice any change in our services. We’ve been able to implement a remote working solution to ensure the health and safety of our employees and to support community and government efforts to contain the virus.  We remain fully resourced and connected to service your Insurance needs.

Whilst you continue to get a number of communications regarding COVID-19, ours relates to Coronavirus and in particular Insurance. The situation in Australia is changing daily, and many plans have been disrupted due to travel, business, import and/or export restrictions.

The purpose of this update is to explain and warn that General Insurance is unlikely to provide the protection that it does for traditional risks around Business Interruption and Travel.
