    • Who can purchase a Corporate Travel Policy?

      Any business that requires cover for business travel.

    • Can I pay my premiums by the month?

      Yes. All insurance offered by Citycover can be paid by the month through premium funders. If you chose to use the premium funder’s service, your monthly instalments will be tax deductible.

    • Who is covered under the policy?

      All Directors, Executives and Employees of the Policyholder including accompanying Spouse or Partner and dependent Children.

    • Am I covered if I am travelling against my doctor’s advice?

      No, you will not be covered if you are unfit to travel or if you are travelling to seek overseas treatment for a pre-existing medical condition.

    • What kind of assistance is provided with the policy?

      Emergency medical assistance such as arranging ambulances, evacuations and hospital admissions and travel assistance such as visa extensions, lost passports and emergency travel arrangements.

    • Does the policy cover winter sports such as skiing and snowboarding?

      Yes, coverage is available if this is required. Please call us to discuss further.

    • How do I make a claim?

      As your Adviser, you will always contact Citycover in the first instance and we will guide you through the claims process as this can vary from insurer to insurer.

    • Will I be insured if I go to a Restricted Country?

      Depending on where you are going and the current government issued travel advice it can be difficult to get cover. Contact us and we can assist you. Restricted countries can often change.

    • How long can I travel overseas for?

      The corporate travel policy can cover trips under 180 days. Should you require cover for longer, no problem we can assist with this cover.

    • I remember very clearly the day I found Citycover. I had spent a whole morning searching high and low for some travel insurance for a trip I was planning to run to New Caledonia with a group of my clients. It was my first time organising a trip of such a kind, and as a small business owner I really did not have the time to be trawling the internet, waiting on hold, being cut off, being asked for information I didn’t have and being put through to the wrong person, which had been my frustrating experience that morning. My Adviser was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable that by the end of the phone call I’d accepted their offer to look into better deals for all of my various insurances.

      I was then paid a personal visit to the office to show me the quotes, and I was delighted to see I’d not being paying any more (in fact sometimes paying less and for better coverage) for my insurance. My Adviser was also very honest when she couldn’t give me a better deal and on one occasion suggested I stay with my current vehicle insurer as their offer was better.

      Recently, my Adviser was away so I dealt with another Adviser at Citycover. I was initially hesitant as I have built up a really good relationship over the years. To my delight, though, they were just as excellent, so now my faith in Citycover had been further reinforced, knowing they obviously only hire the very bests.
