Accidental Loss or Damage
To your Caravan, Motorhome, or Trailer.
New for Old Replacement
Replacement to a condition substantially the same as when new.
Annex Cover
Cover available for loss or damage to a fitted Annex.
Personal Items
Limited contents cover up to $1000 available for loss or damage to personal items in the vehicle that are stolen, or damaged as a result of an accident.
Emergency Accommodation
Cover available in the event of a claim.
Emergency Repairs
Up to $1000 available.
Temporary Replacement Cover
In the event of a loss or damage and the Caravan or Motorhome becomes uninhabitable.
Reasonable Towing and Storing Costs
Reasonable costs to tow and store (if unable to be driven) following loss or damage.
Legal Liability
Legal liability cover of up to $20 million for damage to other people’s property, and their injury or death caused by your vehicle.
Fusion / Motor Burnout
Cover available on some policies.
Flood / Storm Cover
Comprehensive cover provides cover for Flood, Storm/Hail and Bushfire.

I found a really cheap quote online, why is it so cheap?
Insurance is like any other product, you pay for what you get. There are many different insurers offering policies in different shapes and forms.
Service is extremely important.
This is the difference between a claim being paid out over night and a claim being paid out painstakingly over a year. Cheap premiums are on offer because costs are being cut elsewhere.
Coverage is also extremely important.
This is the difference between your claim being paid out or not paid out at all. Quite often, this results in financial burden in the long run.
Can I obtain cover for my caravan if it is permanently located on-site?
Yes – we will ask for onsite details of where the Caravan is located and the address will be noted on your policy schedule.
Can I pay my premiums by the month?
Yes. All insurance offered by Citycover can be paid by the month through premium funders. If you chose to use the premium funder’s service, your monthly instalments will be tax deductible.
What type of cover is available for my caravan?
All Caravan Insurance is based on Comprehensive cover. It also includes Camper Trailers, Horse Trailers and Trailers. The choice is yours as to whether you want to insure for Agreed Value or Market Value.
Is cover available for anywhere in Australia?
Yes – during our initial discussion with you, we will ask what sort of cover you require.
Will flood cover be included?
Flood cover can be included, however, the policy may exclude tidal wave and actions of the sea. We will fully discuss all of the cover options available during our initial discussions.
How do I make a claim?
As your Adviser, you will always contact Citycover in the first instance and we will guide you through the claims process as this can vary from insurer to insurer.
